Customers are eligible for the output people Maintenance and Support Program upon payment of the Paris Initial License fee and subsequent Paris Annual License fees. The Maintenance and Support Program includes product updates and enhancements, error corrections and telephone support.

the output people telephone support hotline is available Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), during the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (Eastern Standard Time).

On-site Support is available on request and will be charged at the output people's then current rates.
