Traditionally, customer documentation has been sent via post but imagine if the same document could also be sent via email for immediate delivery. Paris Expedite allows you this flexibility.

So how does Paris Expedite work? Electronic files are collected by Paris from the host application and then Paris then duplicates the file. The original file is sent to Paris Spooler and arranged into a pre-determined layout created with Paris Designer. That file is then ready for output and sent to a selected printer.

The duplicated file is sorted into individual multi-page documents and sent to Paris Spooler where it is arranged into the same pre-designed layout as the original file. Paris Expedite then searches for those documents containing an email address and converts them into PDF format, adding a header and subject data. Paris Expedite then attaches each PDF file to an email and sends it to the mail server for delivery.
