Paris Archive seamlessly integrates with your Paris System to provide a fully automated method of electronically storing and indexing your documents.

High-speed retrieval is ensured by generating indexes at creation time rather than relying on simple text searches. Up to 10 index fields can be nominated per document type.

Users can search for documents by either specifying an exact index value or by using more general searches such as "range" searches where they can retrieve all documents within the specified range.

The stored documents can be retrieved at any time through any web browser provided that the user has the appropriate access level. Security can be customised for each type of application ensuring that only people with the appropriate authority have access to the relevant documents.

Being an integrated component of your Paris System, the documents are created as PDF documents at the same time as the original and using the same process, ensuring integrity and functionality. All features of the original document, including electronic forms, fonts, images and conditional processing, will be faithfully reproduced in the stored document.

As documents are stored in PDF format, they are completely self-contained and will not be affected if forms or other document features change. When a document has been located and opened, it is viewed within the standard Adobe Viewer.
